Jon is a DfE qualified teacher with experience in senior management, advisory and classroom roles. He specialises in the secondary phase of both the mainstream and special sectors having taught design & technology and mathematics.

He is also an accredited Ofsted inspector with experience of leading inspections of primary and secondary schools in both mainstream and special sectors, including pupil referral units. He mentors new inspectors in training and has experience of monitoring and inspecting schools overseas.
